Service and technical requirements
4vik Studio provides online tools for creating and editing digital materials. The catalogue and tool guides describe features and export formats. You need an up-to-date browser with JavaScript, an internet connection, essential session storage and room for downloads and local drafts. Some operations require more device memory.
Account and security
Editors require sign-in and email verification when required for your account. Provide accurate information, protect your password and do not share access with unauthorised people. Password reset uses the website form and email. Report suspected abuse to the operator. You may request account closure using the contact details above.
Credits, payments and subscriptions
The checkout shows the price, currency, credits and one-off or recurring terms before payment. Purchases are granted after payment-provider confirmation. AI tools may reserve a maximum credit amount, then settle the operation. If an outcome is uncertain, check its status before creating another task. You may complain about incorrect settlements. Manage subscriptions in the wallet; cancelling future renewals does not automatically refund earlier payments. Administrators can use tools without wallet deductions.
Your materials and AI results
Only upload materials you are entitled to use. Unlawful content, infringement of copyright, trademarks or privacy, and attempts to bypass safeguards are prohibited. User materials are used as necessary to provide the requested feature. AI results may be inaccurate, similar to other content or require additional permissions; review facts, usage rights and suitability before publishing. Exclusivity or copyright protection for every AI output is not guaranteed.
Saving, exporting and availability
Local saves belong to that browser and device. Export important work regularly. Server tools have file, project and operation limits shown in their guides and interface. Preview and exported output may differ between programs; inspect files before printing. Exporting HTML does not publish a website or include a domain or hosting.
Maintenance and responsibility
Maintenance, provider restrictions or outages may temporarily limit features. The operator works to restore the service. AI limitations and technical information do not exclude statutory liability for conformity of digital content or services or other mandatory consumer rights.
Contact, complaints and changes
A separate page explains complaints and withdrawal. Updates to information do not remove rights under existing contracts. Material changes to ongoing paid contracts require a valid basis and notice in accordance with applicable law.
