Submitting a complaint
Email the operator or write to the postal address above. Describe the tool, issue, date and requested solution. A task or order reference and screenshot can help but are not conditions for accepting a complaint. Do not send passwords, full payment card details or API keys.
Response and remedies
Consumer complaints receive a response on a durable medium, for example email, within 14 days unless specific law provides otherwise. For non-conforming digital content or services, statutory remedies include bringing them into conformity and, in applicable cases, a price reduction or withdrawal. These rights do not depend on a voluntary warranty.
Distance-contract withdrawal
Consumers generally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. Timing and exceptions depend on the type of supply. Signing in, buying credits or pressing a general button does not automatically waive withdrawal rights. Early performance and any loss of withdrawal rights require the statutory conditions and separate information and declarations where required.
Optional withdrawal form
To: the 4vik Studio operator, using the details above. I give notice of withdrawal from the contract for: [service / order reference]. Contract date: [date]. Consumer name: [name]. Address and email: [details]. Date: [date]. A signature is required only for a paper statement. Using this form is optional.
Subscriptions and settlements
Cancelling a subscription renewal and exercising statutory withdrawal rights are separate actions. Check the wallet and payment-provider confirmation. If the balance or task status is incorrect, provide its reference when contacting support; do not disclose payment authentication information.
Dispute assistance
You may contact a local Polish consumer ombudsman or consult UOKiK information on alternative dispute resolution. Participation depends on the rules applicable to the procedure. This information does not limit your right to bring a claim before a court.
